Alright, I have this jeep. I had poasted some pics earlyer. But Im ready to spend a little more money on it.

what it realy needs is a set of diecent tires, but I want to wait till I have cleerence to get some diecent ones tucked under there.

So far I have,

Rebuilt transfer case
Possi traction rear end (miller)
Home made shackle lift
Home made Body lift ( hocky pucks)

I have roughly 400$. Wheres the best place to buy some stuf. MY thots are a set of lift springs, havent a clue how much they are, and a drop pitman arm( steering is already binding a tad)

Keep in mind guys I dont need this to be a hiway cruser, I drive it to work and back 20 min doun the road. Boon it on the weekends to keep me out of trouble. gas milage is non relivant at this point. New job pays diecent.

If I need to go far I borrow my dads pickup.

I beleve you should lift it and throw some big tires on there. 33" looks great with a 4inch lift and a 1 inch body lift. Lift kits are quite expensive though. So just keep saving. Then you'll have to lower your gearing for the new tires. What does that thing have in it?

heres our jeep with the 33" and the lift

It has the straight 6. It has balls in 4 low. Now it has 31" tires. Plenty of balls, I wouldent think of re-gearing the way it is. I dont know how much a difrence a little biger tire will make.

it makes a big difference when you get bigger tires. If we go up to a 35 we have to gear it even lower. Yea, haha, 4low is were all the balls are at.

I don't know what size engine it is but it feels like it wants to spin the tires when he takes off from dead stop.
