ATTN Michigan Riders

Have any of you guys had any expeirence trying to obtain an "ORV safety Certificate?" I was looking at 'The mounds' website, and they say they require riders under 16 to present one of these, I would like to take my g/f's little brother riding there, and I need to get him one of these certs! What does he need to do...take a test at sos?

Have any of you guys been to the mounds anyways?? I only live about an hour away, so i'd like to check it out.

Since I am not 16 yet, but over 12, I needed a safety certification to ride in Wisconsin. I think we registered at the DNR website to go to one. It was like 2 days for 4 hours, and the second day is all riding. You also needed to pass some exam thing after you read a book. It's really easy. I don't know if it's the same in Michigan though.
