Please check your emails, I am going to need a refund for the second paypal ($17) I sent you so that you would use a faster shipping service. You used parcel post (estimated 5 day delivery) and sent them on tuesday rather than monday. They didn't make it here until exaclty a week later then I needed them.

come on, I don't want to have to use paypal to try to get my money for shipping back, but if I don't get a response from you by tomorrow it's gunna have to get a lot more complicated.

Tires were listed for $60 shipped, I sent you a paypal for $60 and asked if you could have them here by thursday. You told me it was going to cost an extra $17 to do that. I paid you the extra $17 to ship them out on Monday using a faster delivery service that would get them here in time for my trip. You didn't ship them until tuesday, and you used parcel post, the cheapest service that the post office offers. So you didn't spend the extra money I sent you one shipping, you put it in your pocket. I'm calling you out on it and now it's time to refund the second paypal I sent you. I don't want to have to ask paypal to sort this out, but if I need to, they will. They have record of the payments made to you, I will give them the confirmation #, a photo copy of the postage on the package, and a link to this thread.

I'm getting my money back, but now it's you choice if you want to save some dignity and also save yourself from a big black mark on your paypal account.
