oil leak..need help

alrite i got a 98 300ex..never had any probs with it...well except the time i stripped the header bolts out..but anywayz..on the right side of the engine theres a black rubber lookin circle...i have a lil bit of oil which i believe is comming out of it...it's not like pouring out but at high rpms a couple drops mite shoot out onto me leg and it burns lol....does anyone kno what it is or how to fix it?

Jabber is right, just replace that seal.

what that is is your cam seal. it goes between the head cover and head. they are thin metal/rubber *******s mine leaks too. pick one up for cheap and replace it or get some high temp pyrex haha. its just a seal for your cam
