strange observation

well i bought and installed a PRM skid on my 450r. it had been sitting waiting for my shocks to come back for a couple weeks. when i finally did get it back together it sounded like something was wrong. the motor/tranny was way louder than i remember. well i figured its because the noise that was dissapaiting from all around the motor is now blocked on the bottom and directed up towards me.
anyone else notice this? or is there something wrong?

your skidplate may be vibrating try taking it off and puting foam strips like truck cap foam where the frame touches
