Inside the float bowl, approximately centered in the carb body. It's screwed into the carb body, not the float bowl itself.

It's number 32. It can be accessed without removing the float bowl by unscrewing the (17mm, I think) cap on the very bottom of the float bowl.

Keihin "hex" main jets take a 6mm socket (1/4' will work too).
