its part of the tire inside... they melt or something and form these little rubber ballz... every 400exs front tires do it for some reason... i think its part of the bead actually

I think honda glues the tire to the rim and that stuff comes off forming into balls as it rolls in the tire.

yea, i was told they use some weird stuff to get the tire on the bead really well and it just rolls up inside the tire. No biggy.

YOUR ALL WRONG.... its not your tire melting or anything silly like that. Its the bead seal Honda uses at the fatory so you don't RIP your tires off the first time you lay into the dirt. They use it excessivly so the momentum from riding makes it move and fall off and then form little rubber balls that hurt like **** when they are thrown at you..LOL.

In the tire business there called "tire pearls". It happens even on cars and trucks, when they use a lot of bead lube to get the tire on the rim. I have seen them almost as big around as a dime in dumptruck tires:huh
