I just picked up a 330 motor didnt come with a plug what spark plug and gap would you guys recommend getting and does any body up have a hinson 8 plate setup does it use factory plates.

i run a BPR5EIX plug.
i think the 8 plate setup uses stock plates with remachined hub and a different basket....

bres 9 or 8 with a .018-.02 gap

i run the 5's at .020 to .022, if you decide to try them you will need to jet a lil richer, the more fuel and air u can cram in it and the better it burns the faster you will go.

do you have an 8 plate set up i run them in my 330s i had to buy the last one used because hinson no longer makes them
you need the basket,pressure plate and inner hub also you need a quick change cover for added clearance then stock hinson set up works very very well also thats what i used to run
i run 9s in all my motors its at .18

I got the 8 plate setup in mine I was looking on hinsons site they were listing different numbers for the plates I didnt think they would be different
