Are these like a stock crank? Stock stroke?

why can you only use Wiseco piston on them?

you can get the hot rods crank in stock stroke and im pretty sure with the stock stroke you can use any kind of piston. its only the stroker cranks that need there weisco piston cause the rist pin is moved up due to the longer stroke. correct me if im wrong.
