well hopefully not that many...if anybody was watcing the world cup on abc they basically say the same exact thing during the games...idk why espn feels the need to put on a half hour show of the same thing...if people are really interested in the world cup they should be watching abc where its basically on all day today.

Well ESPN is to Sports as MTV is to Music, so I'd expect nothing less then coverage of things 95% of people I know and myself couldn't care less about.

I don't care about basketball. I don't care about football (this time of the year anyway)...I care about baseball a little...I LOVE HOCKEY!!!

What do they do?
Show as much Basketball coverage as they can. They let you know if one of the players for either team in the final cut himself while shaving this morning. They cover Barry Bonds and anything else like no other.

What do I get for hockey? They tell me who's playing and what series is. That's about it. Occasionally they'll get Barry Melrose who really doesn't say **** about it except for the obvious. (Well, Carolina, the #2 seed, is more favored over Edmonton, the #8 seed)...

God, I hate ESPN.
