Coolant hose HELP

Just got done putting on my HMF slip on....jetted the carb, changed the clip on the needle, installed the new air filter yadda yadda yadda ...anyways...after installation of all of this I noticed a hose from the coolant reservoir on the back of the quad wasnt hooked to anything...hmmmmmmmmmmm has me scared and I wont start my quad because of it so please let me know where this is supposed to go w/ pics...or maybe im just paranoid and it is just a breather hose or something??? thanks in advance...

it's an overflow hose it just goes out toward the back of the quad near the grab bar.
