Does anyone know if the new style of plastic fits on the older quad

Yeah, some members here have installed 05-07 plastic on older 400ex's.

So does anyone know for sure if I would be able to install the new 05-06 plastic on my 01 400ex? Any help would be appreciated. I have an opportunity to buy brand new stock 06' plastic for $180. And if it will work I think its a great deal!

It all fits. You will need a hood and new style headlight.

The headlight does take alittle modding but I have heard its very simple.

Fits great, just buy a scooped hood.Here is a pics that was sent to me. In the process of doing mine with all black.
