I recently picked up an 01 416 EX. It has a lot of goodies and I love the way it performs. The sound is pretty good but Ive met a few people who run Curtis spars exhaust and I loooove the way it sounds. My question is would it be worth removing a full HMF exhaust in exchange for a Curtis?

Heres a few night pics. Im going riding this weekend if the weather permits and I'll get some better pics up when I get back.

We had an old Sparks and it got trashed in a wreck...It really worked good for us so we bought a new one....It is even better...They have finished them off better and they really look, sound and perform very well...I have pictures of the new X6 if you want to see what it looks like on a 400....

Rootar, is that a ceramic coating on your headers? That matt grey looks real good.

Its got a good set of tires that go woth it those are just on there for abusing. :D Heres a couple of day pics of the 416 and my buddys 300EX. The pictures were taken about 2 hours before another friend of ours totaled the 300. He is in bad shape and may not live.

I agree that Sparks pipes look good and sound good, but I think they are even louder than HMF exhausts so keep that in mind.

I was really torn between the Sparks exhaust and HMF

I ended up getting the HMF because I found the full system for 375 dollars shipped.

Sparks might get 1 or 2 horsepower more but I couldn't justify paying an extra 100-150 dollars for that.
