ok so i have my cylander on the way back from the machine shop hopefully tomarrow and i havent riden on my ex for 2 weeks so iam jonsin to ride it! i ve been riding my dads 89 xt350 (enduro birtbike wit street tires ***** to ride in the mud...) and i also ahve a couple other goodies comeing from ebay and motorsport. so i have a dj jet kit , magnum stage2 cam, and of course 11:1 87mm wiseco and thats going on a quad that also has a k&n and a white borthers r4 slip on and i was wondering what kind o proformance to get out of my money on this one? and maybe a starting point for jatting this sucker. o and some clean up porting done by my dad/personal mechanic/sponser.
thanks in advance , Evan
sorry for the long (very well writen) post.
id like to post some pics when iam done but i would need someone to resize then.
All you got to do is open the image up in paint, click on stretch and skew. Then just reduce the horizontal and vertical measurements to about 50% or so. Then just save it;) Hope this helps.

If your old piston/cam were stock than you'll feel the difference right away. I'd guess you added 5 hp max.
If your not sure on jetting it's always good to error on the side of rich. A 42 pilot is probably correct. I might start with a K170 or even a K175 for the main. Like I said, start rich and work your way down.
Air box mods, temp, and elevation will all make a difference in your jetting.

check the jetting listed in my sig. that's with the 450 carb, but with the stock carb I was at 2.5 turns out on fuel screw, 170 dynojet main, and 42 pilot, 3rd notch down on the needle with the choke removed.
