I have a really bad vibration when i rev my motor up. The only thing that i have taken off was my clutch basket. What could cause this? Im thinking my counterbalancer but i have never moved it or taken it off? any ideas?

I'd say:

Cranshaft Bearings
CounterBalancer
Lower Rod Bearing
Tom TRX250R

Most likely the counterbalancer if it has never been rebuilt. I would take it off and send it to Honda350R, he is a member on the site and has the cheapest price around for rebuilding them.

well now i have a while to figure out what it was. Im not sure if my frame was cracked and that caused it or what but now my frame cracked by the lower mount and also the left front mount broke completely off at the welds and my right front motor mount broke too. Ill post pics when i get home

I'm betting it was the cracked motor mounts that were causing it. Maybe that along with some loose bolts.
