450r shocks and 400ex shocks

I'm getting ready to sell my 400ex, so I've pulled all the cool stuff off of it.......I have a full set of elka shocks (for the stock a-arms) that I took off......my question is will these fit a 450r? thanks...

measure the lengeth of both shocks (450 and 400) from eye hole to eye hole and if the are equal then you shouldent have any problem but i dont know if they will fit the shock mounts.

I lowered the rear-end of my 05 450r with the gt thunder linkage. I put stock 400ex shocks on the front to lower the front-end and it worked great. The 400ex shocks were more plush than the 450r fronts.

You can't be serious..........stock 400ex shocks suck compared to stock 450r shocks.

450R shocks are 1/4" to 1/2" taller than 400ex shocks. So, if you put your aftermarket 400ex shocks on your 450, the front will be 1/4" to 1/2" lower. They'll bolt up.

400ex shocks are like pogo sticks, I can't stand those things.

Hell if you like the 400ex shocks so much I'll sell you mine. I put the 450R shocks on my 400
