Torque Wrench Setting? Intend on installing ITP Sand Star Paddles/C series rims. 20x11x10. What torque wrench setting should I use in mounting the rims/tires? Manual is silent as is ITP (sent them a message) Is there anything special I need to know in installing them? Will I need to re-gear?

Do your ITP wheels have the recessed rings where the lug nuts fit against the wheel? If so, the stock lugs are ok. If not, get some Yamaha lugs.

Just tighten them down evenly, really good. You'll be fine.

With 20" paddles, I imagine a regear would be best.
Maybe go up 2 teeth in the rear. Dropping the front to a 13 may be too drastic for dunes. May have to try both to get it right?

after having my wheels fall of 3 times (maybe i'm just a wuss, lol) ive learned to get themas tight and even as possible, and then to check them after about 10 minutes

Well after looking through the manual if they are calling the lugnuts (wheel set nuts) it's 47.5 ft lbs for the front and rear for the LTR.

Yep, just confirmed that that they call the lugnuts "wheel set nuts" by looking at a parts diagram so it's 47.5 ft lbs.
