Tell me what city you are in and i will tell you about all of the hotspots because, I ride in FL alot.

OK about 150 miles to the south of Ocala is, Big Cypress National Preserve, that ATV's are allowed to ride that. It is south but I dont really know what city. The problem is that there is not many trails in FL!
