I've got an 87 motor....stock except for wiseco piston (about 3 hours time on fresh top end) Overall, the motor is in good shape. The top mount for the case saver was cracked, but repaired and the cas saver bolts up and stays fine now. The motor runs great and has gobbs of power. I'll take $700.

how much? what year crank is it? would i be able to just pop a complete top-end/piston/stuff on and start it up?

the only thing is it needs a new clutch case half which you can pick up on ebay for around 40.00-50.00.
had it in my R, but chain jammed and cracked the clutch stem!but thats it man.very strong motor!
