That thing is wild. Looks like you did a very nice job.

Why did you decide to build it?

Many reasons, but to sum it all up....been wanting to do a all aluminum ATV for a long time and came into a basketcase 2001 CR250. I really like trikes and me and a bunch of guys out in Ohio get together and ride, race, rebuild and otherwise just enjoy the fun of Three Wheeling. I have owned lots of Hondas, but I kinda like the unique things. Don't take this the wrong way, but there are TONS of modern quads around, but no modern 3 wheelers (I know, I know, they are dangerous, unstable and all sorts of other bad things) For those guys too young to have been around trikes, or those who have NEVER ridden one, you just wouldn't understand. They are flat out FUN as heck to ride. I am not one of those guys who builds a bike, shines it up and NEVER takes it out and pounds it. ANYTHING I get my grubby little hands on gets ridden, and ridden HARD. The problem with that....things wear out and things break. Kinda gets expensive to buy parts for a 20 yr old machine...IF you can find them. This way, I can abuse this thing, rip and tear, and not worry about finding parts for it. Other than the custom built swinger and triple clamps, the rest is either brand new, or can be bought at your local ATV Dealership. If you want to kill some time, you can go over to 3 Wheeler World (http://www.3wheelerworldforums.com/showthread.php?t=46119) and read up on the Project. It was fun doing. Gonna probably sell this one, and I would LOVE to build the 4 Stroke Kawie Racer into a Trike next. We'll see. Thanks for the kind words. SB
