Grab Bars for 400EX

I noticed that the stock grab bar is connected with the sub frame and I was wondering if you can any grab bars for the 400ex (99-04) I havnt seen any so i was just wondering?

you can buy an after market subframe
or
cut your sub frame and make mounts for a 250r grab bar thats wat a few ppl i know have done

you can cut the stock one off and buy 450r mounts for a grab bar then weld those to your subframe and buy any after market grab bar for a 450

is that a grab bar for a 450r ? what did u hav to do to make it fit ? nice quad by the way

The 88/89, and 450r grab bars are the same. Thats what most people use for this mod. It's pretty simple, you don't even need the 450r mounts for it. Someone with any halfway decent fabrication skills can make a mount that will work.
