FOR SALE: Honda 1986 TRX250R $4,995

Well maintained honda 250R built for MX racing and of course is excellent for any other type of offroad riding. It has many upgrades all of them are listed below. The engine has like new main bearings, Rod and Piston and a brand new clutch. The rod has been changed to a 89’ style rod with a 86’ style piston with cylinder spacer plate for increased torque output and has been lightly ported for more mid-range bottom end power also a like new LRD adjustable pipe and silencer. Keihin 36mm carburator with boysen rad valve and spacer and K&N airfilter. The chassis is in excellent condition for an 86’ chassis and has been equipped with many upgraded parts including leager's +2 chromoly a-arms with pep triple rate compression adjustable 10” travel shocks up front and a brand new motoquad chromoly swing arm shorted -1 in. (the length of a 89’ 250R) with a durablue axle, antifade and billet aluminum bear housing with a LRD 11” long travel shock fully adjustable rear shock. Brand new never used LSR steering stem with anti-vibe handle bar mounts and a denton racing steering stabilizer. Also has new holeshot mx tires in the rear only used one ride with douglas red label rims and champion bead locks. Up front are custom groove fast trekker tires with red label rims. I also have a set of sand skate II rear paddled tires for sand on aluminum rims. And many parts listed listed below.

Motor: 2 stroke. 1989 honda 250R rod w/ Niks 86’ CR piston w/ 86’ cylinder w/ spacer plate and lightly ported
Clutch: Brand new honda oem clutch w/ CR500 springs
Carburetor: Keihin 36mm w/ boysen non foaming bowl
Intake: Boysen rad valve w/ 1/4 billet aluminum spacer
Pipe/Silencer: LRD Adjustable Chrome pipe w/ LRD quiet Silencer and Mid/Bottem stuffer
Frame: Stock 86’ Frame
Stem: Brand new LSR chromoly steering stem w/ anti-vibe mount
Steering stabilizer: Denton racing rebuildable
A-arms: Leager +2 each side Chromoly arms
Swingarm: Brand new Motoquad -1 86’ (89’ Length)
Axle: Durablue 2+2 wide racing axle
Axle Carrier/Nut: Jpracing billet aluminum bearing housing and Anti-fade brake hub and nut.

Handle bars: Renthal Aluminum 200x bend
Front Shocks: Pep Custom 10” travel Triple rate progressive shocks w/ compression adj.
Rear Shocks: LRD 11” long travel custom shock fully adjustable compression and preload
Wheels/ tires: Front 21x7x10 Fasttrekkers custom grooved with red lable douglas rims Rear 18x10x8 Used once Hole shot tires with douglas red label rims and champion bead locks with inner wheels reinforcement rings
Sand tires: Sand skate II 20x10x10 on aluminum rims.
