well if every set is made like what i got dont buy them because nothing really lines up right.. now i have to go to lowes and buy a longer bolt that goes in by the motor mount cause its like a inch to short.

They WILL line up right. Don't tighten anything until everything is started. It's also very common to have to bend them in or out a bit. If it's still to short then you have the wrong bolt.

I put a new set on my r yesterday and it was a breeze, except for the little bit of pounding I had to do on the footpeg bolts to get them in!

well i got the longer bolts the next day and everything went in fine besides the bolts they gave me were far from being long enough.
