clutch basket

should the clutch basket have any play once installed I got two motors sitting here and both the basket will move a little like the bearings are worn should they be replaced or am I OK.

you should be fine........... every engine that i've ever been into has had a certain amount of slack on the basket. it's normal but, if there is ant doubts i suggest you inspect the bearings, bushings and spacers for any unusual wear(as you should anyways) to be on the safe side.
