when i start my 400 cold like alota other 400s i hear about, she dont like to run, and my choke doesnt work i usualy crank my idle up a half turn er so..but my question is my throttle lever itself when i slowly rev it to get her runnin seams to "kick" back at me like vibarate but not really..does anyone know what im talking about and what it means?..oh and once its warm its fine
