View Full Version : Where do you guys get cheap car tires?

I got some black 18" Enkei RPM 2s for the Mustang, but I don't have any money left for the tires.

I still have 200 bucks, but that isn't enough to buy them anywhere that I've found so far.

Where can I get them really cheap? It doesn't matter if they're used as long as they have at least 60% tread left.

Junkyard. You might get lucky and find a set. If you have more than one junkyard around you, the better.

you can get tires for a fair price.
look up a cooper dealer in the phone book, the have off brand tires that cooper make for cheep and they are real good and have decent looking tread patterns.

or if you want name brand.

cooper - zeon - have on my camaro.

You spent all your money on bling bling, but did not leave any left over for the most important part... the part that contacts the road?

Wait until you can afford decent tires... dont skimp out on retread/junk yard tires.

With that said, check Tirerack.com. They usually have pretty good deals on there. I've actually had a local tire shop match their price before shipping if you show them an estimate.
