i'm currently building a 36' double and i wanted to know if by chance u can take that jump in 2 wot or for sure third, and could u jump that with stock suspension if the landing is the perfect angle cus last year i had a 30' double and i landed beautiful on it so i was just wondering if that would workout your ideas would be nice.

Your stock suspension will hold up, might be a bit harsh, I would try it in 3rd just because I would rather over jump it than case the landing.

3rd mid sounds good. Theres a 35 ft double at the local pit by me and my raptor sails off of it perfect in mid 3rd. If you land right, the suspension will be fine. :) Good luck.

get a picture of the jump. the angle of it has a lot to do with how fast you hit it. my 35 (37) fter is middle-3/4 second... but i've hit 30ft jumps you'd have to be absolutly cranked out in 3rd.

I can clear a 36ft double in 2 gear on my 450r with 14/38 stock gearing and 18 in rears .

And a buddy of mine does my 56ft tabletop with ease on his stock 05 Z400 so the stock suspension will hold up for sure on 38 ft or whatever.

I'd say after seeing that picture of the jump and looking at how long that landing is, play it safe and try mid 3rd like I said before. I'd rather over shoot by a little then case it. Looks like a really nice jump though. :D

i did a mock run today and i cant get enough speed to get it into third so now i dont know what to do the only option i have is to move both jumps ahead more so i can get more speed but in order to do that i have to move more dirt out of the way in the pic u cant see it but its in front of the landing jump pic.
