What he is trying to tell you is that Penske owns Custom Axis. I've never seen a set of Penske shocks so I couldn't tell you anything except that Penske has been building shocks for quite awhile.

I was in Scottsdale, AZ for spring break, and we went to the Penske Racing museum, and they had all their cars on their, and on the shocks (ones that you could see) they look just like Custom Axis shocks and you could see the word custom axis on there somewhere. And, when I went to Joe Byrd quad riding school, on his practice bike, he had a Penske racing (axis) piggyback rear shock. So penske does own axis and they have apparently changed the name to penske. This was a pointless post, but so are 90% of others on this site. But that is what i know about axis and penske.

The shocks will be a huge improvement over stock.

Also they didnt really change the name its just Penske is like cars/trucks and custom axis is atv/mx

Highly doubt those are quad shocks. IF they are then they are TT shocks. Measure center to center before you put them on.

Penske does own the Custom Axis name and builds there shocks, but they do build seperate shocks and Custom Axis shocks are used for atv and snowmobile racing application, while Penske shocks are normally used on alot of race cars, trucks and some atv and snowmobile applications.

I've gotten alot of info sent from Penske and Custom Axis on there shocks and Penske makes some wicked stuff.
