On a 250R, how do I get the coolant out of the jug? I already got it out of the radiator by unbolting the water pump cover, now how can I get it out of the jug?

Okay, but if I just take the head off, coolant is gonna go into the crank case.

Won't all the coolant drain out if drained from the waterpump cover drain screw?? The drain screw is at the lowest location where coolant resides.

Yeah, okay. The coolant didn't drain out of the jug. I thought it was gonna come out the bottom, but it just stayed inside the jug while I lifted it out. I got a drop of water in there but it wasn't hardly any

Maybe try rocking the quad back and forth while draining next time. Maybe an air bubble was keeping it all from draining [shrug]?
