Need a Title!!

Ok, I have this 330r, and it has pretty much been built up with parts from different bikes and There is no title for this bike. Do you think secretary of state will give me a title for a "custom atv?" What would I have to bring to them or show them?

I dont have a title for mine so this winter I am buying a frame off ebay with a title so I can insure it :)
