Gettin shocked from my Tether!

When I touch the metal part on my tether and my clutch I get zapped! I know I can just, "Not touch it" but whats goin on and how can I fix it!

It was probably wired incorrectly. Make sure the ground is in the right place, and that you didnt switch the wires around.

the damn thing has been installed for years! I dont know, Maybe I have a wire touching the frame

When I put one on my LT years ago, the same thing happened. I got the chit shocked outta me... Reverse your wires, it is wired up backwards. ;)

Same thing Bart said, My lt80 did it. Worst part is I just washed the quad when I pulled it hahaha, it woke my arse up in a heart beat.
