If I just get hot cams and nothing else will i have to jet or do any thing?

you wont need anything.. you will have to take out the decomporession mechanism out of your head (little plunger and a spring) when u put the hotcam in.. and then re adjust your valves. you might need to bump up your jetting a hair.
