i have a feeling the canon is better since it cost more but has less megapixel.

the sony feels kinda cheap and low quality but it has more megapixels, the canon is nice but it only has 5 megapixel, but that should be fine for small prints

Our 5 megapixel canon powershot A530 does a great job. And it has a lot of cool features. It has 4x optical zoom. I think it's just a newer version of that one. It's really easy to install the software on the computer and download the pictures to the computer too. We found a place on the internet that sold it for $180 or something around there.

My friend has the Canon and it is one of the easiest cameras to get a good shot with. No comparison, get her the canon:D

Get cannon over the sony. Canon uses SD Cards, which are more universal than the Sony memory stick. The canon is also more user friendly.

i like my kodac easyshare z760. big view screen 6.1 megapixles. i bought the printer dock seperate. real easy to burn the pics to cd. has the rechargable battery that has the holder that plugs in the wall. lasts a long time. i like it a lot.
