forgive me if I am ignorant, but does this take 400ex or 250R suspension, body, etc parts? Thanks.

It takes a 250R or a 400EX front end. If they are not the same, they are very close. I ran a 400EX front end on my 250R, thats how I know. The rear end is a 250R no link. In the instruction manual, it tells you to run a 250R brake stay and brake caliper but, I believe you can run a 250R or a 400EX bearing carrier and axle. This will come with a 400EX bearing carrier and brake stay because thats what it had when I bought it so, I assume that you can run a 400EX caliper. It takes 250R plastic. Here is a list of what it comes with: 2003 Houser CFR450 frame w/subframe, Houser no link swingarm w/all bearings, spacers and pivot bolt, 400EX bearing carrier, brake stay, and brake stay bushing, upper and lower aluminum motor mounts, AC propeg nerf bars, and 2003 Houser CRF450 instruction manual.
