Maybe its true about building bikes to replace a 300ex, blaster and banshee. I have heard a rumor that I put in another post about Yamaha maybe putting a YFZ 250 motor in a quad chassis. Maybe Honda is messing around with the same idea for their CRF 250 motor in a quad. If they were smart they would do this idea because that would open up all new classes for racing. Also a 250 4-stroke motor from a dirtbike is MUCH more appealing to people than a way outdated 300 aircooled motor.

I'd kinda rather have a 250f quad then a 450 quad :p

now, what it would happens if the manufacturers build 250 quads for racing, there woludnt be begginers quads in that size.

i like the new honda 250, cus it has the trick clutch, i think its good for beginers, i was thinking on getting on of those for the wife.

i think it would be good a 250 with liquid cooling and high hp, cus it would apply to younger riders and then move foward in racing.

i dont know, just trowing this up in the air

yea my 450r is on the way in a month or two..... so nope for me....... but it would be good for younger riders to get used to clutches if it does have one, and it would give them the chance to get used to faster quads, because we know Honda will slow them down a little.

Honda 250ex (auto-clutch)
Suzuki z250 (auto-clutch)
Yamaha Raptor350

The 250 racing quads would replace the 300ex, and blaster markets.

instead of replacing them, why not just make another line up?
