changing rear bearing on 300ex

need help on the right way to change bearing without the local dealer help

I actually just got done putting everything back together last nite on my 300. If you have a service manual (Clymer or Honda) it really helps. Also there was just a thread about this, look at it here, http://www.exriders.com/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=236797 .
