I have blue Houser a-arms and don't want to spend the money on a new swingarm when my stocker is holding up fine. But, I want the swinger to match the a-arms.

Is it okay to PC the stock swingarm? I heard somebody say PCing the stocker weakens it. I can't remember why, but just wanted to hear some opinions.

It will be fine. They dont cook it hot enough for it to loose it's temper. I wouldn't worry a bit.

They say not to powder coat the swingarm (as well as the sub frame) because in the casting process the aluminum traps air particles. When you heat the aluminum the air expands and tries to escape. With that being said myself and a couple other guys have had no problems with our powder coated swingers or subframes.

Sorry, but I think that looks horrible. When you color the trivial parts of the bike like the sprocket hub, starter valve cover, and clutch cover you detract from the lines and the shape of the bike.
