Math Question???

I usualy know how to do this, but I am drawing a blank. Its from Algebra II. It says:

"Solve each equation. Check each solution."

1/x + 1/3 = 6/(x)^2

I hope someone knows how to do this, cause I have a test on this tomorow.

3x + x^2 = 18
x^2+3x+18=0

factor it from there

factored:

(x^2 + 6x) (3x+18)=0
x(x+6) 3(x+6)=0
x+3=0 x+6=0
x=-3 x=-6
