When i hit a jump or come down on my front wheels from doing a wheelie my front end feels like it needs to rebound quicker. My question is on the 06 450R front shocks for the rebound it has an S and an H, i was wondering if turning it softer makes the rebound slower and turning it to harder makes the rebound quicker.

I'm pretty sure that's how it works:blah:

I think you have it backwards, turning the rebound to soft makes the shocks rebound quicker.

This is correct. I wish they would change it to fast and slow it is less confusing

Will this affect the shocks compression setting, because i'm making it softer to rebound quicker. I'm glad i asked this question, because i thought it was the other way around. good thing we got some experts around these forums.

I turned it toward the S two full turns. seems better when i compress it or lift it up and let drop.
