what octane?

So I have a 400ex with a Hot cam and a 11:1 piston. I know that there are so many things to do to the engines, well what octane should be run on each stage? I mean is it like the old hot where i am running some of that 140 in it?

run at least 50/50 mix of 110 & premium. youre to the point of just race fuel straight. Race fuel will make that air cooled thing cool alot better w/ that high of compression. be sure to check jetting though it shouldnt change

At the very minimum run premium pump w/ 11:1. 91 octane is the best pump gas I can get and my engine will sometimes knock a little at 10.8:1.
