What year did the 400 seat cover come black because i have a 99 and its red and i want to change it to black..

get a gripper seat cover...cost the same, you are in better control because you are not sliding all over the place...the only thing you lose is the honda on it...i put one on my 450r before it even left the yard after bringing it home from the dealer... but to directly answer your question, the yellow ones have black seat cover...you can just go to the local delaer and tell him that you want a black 400ex seat cover and they will order you one
