Can any of you take a picture or already have a picture showing the clamp that holds your slip-on onto the header pipe ? I think the idiots at the dealer forgot that clamp and im gonna see if i can make something work or im gonna take up all the way up to the dealer and make them put one on.

when i received my dr. d for my yfz, there was no clamp. So, they must have forgot to send one in the box. I just used a clamp that i had from a previous slip on exhaust.
My dr. D. is awesome, and the jetting specs they suggested worked out great.

Dubach designed it to be used without a clamp.

Thats interesting, sometimes i have heard like a whistling sound and i was wondering if that was the problem, do you know of anyone that has experienced that ?

If you have an 06 with a FCR carb or an 04 or 05 and upgraded to a FCR carb at different throttle settings a perfectly jetted FCR will sound like a constant chirping. As for any type of whistling from my slip-on itself I have never heard that at all.

This is directly from dubach's site www.dubachracing.com in the FAQ.

"I did not receive a clamp with my new DRD system?

DRD complete system are designed with a slip fit eliminating the use of a clamp at the junction from the head pipe to the tail section."
