how to adjust works shocks

how would i go about adjusting my shocks, they are triple rates with rezzies:confused:

ya only preload adjustment that is it unless you got the pro seris that comes with comp and rebound adj....
with the normal works it is just a snap ring and groves ( iam not fermiular with this set up because i run threaded preload like your rear shock on the 400) ask rico, Kenny(400ex127) or some others they will help u out

going up on the thread decrease the prelaod causing it to sit lower but the 3 spring will become softer
compersing the springs( or going down) will make the springs hard which makes the 400 sit higher and will make a rougher rider throught the whoop or tough section
there is a fine point between the 2 to get the ulimate ride and i think i almost have it on mine.
