ok i have a twin air filter... and i was wondering should i buy a pre filter cover and a whole air box cover of the outer wears or just a pre filter??

Get the cover it keeps sticks,mud, leaves and water from ever entering into the air box.

Never had that problem.And i have 22" swampers on mine and love heading out to the forest after tons of rain!!!Worse thing that ever happen to me was the filter got a little wet during a massive rain storm.And there was local flood warnings in effect.My buddies 400 ex has a airbox with lid and got his filter wet.He had to remove his filter drain box to drain it.He was worse off then me and i had no lid!!!Go figure LOL!!!

I usually run no lid with a k&n and a prefilter, no problems at all. Lids are for pussies. LOL j/k.
