Hubs on axle

I put in a Lonestar axle and just rode on it last night for the first time. Tonight I noticed that on one side the hibe can move a sight amount. I tried tightening it up more but it wont move any farther without completely covering up the cotter pin hole. I was wondering if this is normal and if i shouldnt worry about it. thanks!

you need to torque the nut to spec. then if a hole is covered up a little bit you need to tighten the nut a hair more so you can get the cotter pin through the hole. i always use a torque wrench...

I use an air impact gun and let it go till it stops tighting. I've never had one loosen up since.

my 1/2 impact gun tells me when to stop.alsoi recomend red lock tite or it will just loosen up again.
