Bolt sites?

well i need a weird size bolt that home depot doesnt carry and neither do ne other shops around here.

its a 12mm x 1.25, with a hex key head. any one have ne websites or know of where i can get this size.

There was someone on here a while back that found a website selling specialty bolts. I searched but with no luck. Maybe if they see this thread they'll post a link again.

you could get a 12mm X any thing bigger then 1.25 and cut the end off

The 12 X 1.25 is the thread size, you still need to know what length (measured from the bottom of the head to the opposite end of the threads). The style or type is called a "socket head cap screw".
Any industrial hardware stores in your town?

not that i know of, theres jsut the typical, lowes, home depot, and the other chains.
