400 parts on a 450

does anyone know if 400ex parts will fit on a 06 450r, like a-arms, axle, stem. stuff like that. has anyone tried it?

A buddy of mine put a 400ex stem on his '06 450r. I don't know what he had to do, but it works. The bumper transfers and, of course, the wheels.
