The track sets back off the main highway a few miles. There are many rivers that are around the track, making it very green.

Here is the view that the riders saw, while racing.

The track was only 4 miles long, but what one of the most difficult tracks. There where parts of the track, where you had to squeeze between trees that where barely wide enough for a quad.

Here is part of the Moto Cross section of the track. There was not much to it, but a few sets of woops, and a table, but it was defintly one of the most "MX" looking tracks so far.

The good thing about this track, is that you could watch from just about anywhere.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 10:42 AM
This was one of the most difficult tracks to try to make passes on. Through the woods it was one line almost everywhere.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 10:42 AM
Here was Josh Frederick's set up in the hot pits.

The riders began to line up to start racing.

Here is Jeff Bertuzzi, and Justin Waters battleing for the first place position in the Stock A Class.

Bertuzzi was able to grab the win, with Waters taking the second place position, and Chris Bennet rounded out the top three.

Brandon Brown gave Eichner a run in the Open Pro class, but Eichner was able to get around him and take home the win. Brandon Brown finished in the second place position, and Robbie Mitchell rounded out the top three.

06-06-2006, 11:17 AM
Doug Eichner also grabbed the win for the Production Pro Class.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 11:23 AM
Here is Reed Petchnick and Andrew Lattimar battleing for the first place position. Lattimar eventually made his way around Reed and took the win. Petchnick grabbed the second place position, and Paul Wilkerson grabbed the third spot.

Robert Kramar seemed to be having a bad weekend, in all three of his races, but he was still having a good time, until he completly broke his quad that is.

06-06-2006, 11:40 AM
Lynn Processor grabbed the win for the Women's A class. She just hope's that their are more women out there soon. Although at the next race they will be splitting up the B/C class because they are always getting a consistent rather large amount of girls. The Women's B class will be running with the Women's A.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 11:41 AM
You can bet that Dawn Whynne will be one of the one's running the B Class, and she took the overall win for the day in the Women's B/C class.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 11:42 AM
Danille Corbin grabbed second for the race, and took over the lead in the Women's B/C class now by one point.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 11:43 AM
Christy McGuffin who was running in second the entire race, stalled it on the last lap and had to push start her quad.

McGuffin drops back to second place for the series, but hopes to get ack the points lead at the next rounf of the Worcs race.

Is most of the races you could not even tell who the riders where.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 11:46 AM
Racing was over and the track was pretty. The forecast called for rain that night, everyone just hoped that it would not rain to much.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 11:47 AM
Team MoneyShot held a Bar-B-Q for everyone. So everyone gathered and hung out with the other racers. It was nice to just have time to talk to people outside of the "Racing" mode.

Sunday was here, and unfortunely it rained all night. Making the track extremly muddy. The pros where hoping that some of the earlier classes would clear out the mud. But for the other classes, they rerouted the track, so they couldn't clean up all of the mud.

Here is where they where starting the ameature classes at for sunday.

This is what every rider looked like. Some of the riders even had to pit three or four times for new goggles. It defintly paid to be prepared for the rain.

Here is Roy Bloodworth, he thought that the poncho would be a great idea to help keep a lot of the mud off. But as he tried to take it off during the race, it got caught up in his axle. Luckily it didn't cause any problems, as he set his sights on the first place position witha lap to go, to make the pass.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 11:53 AM
BLoodworth was able to grab the win for the +30 A class, which is his first win all year. He was very excited, as he moved into the second place position for the series. He didn't even care that he was completly covered in mud.

At the Rider's meeting, there was a very large debate on the running of studs for this race. Eichner showed up with studs in his tires, and most of the other racers where not very happy with that. Sean Redish made the call to allow Eichner to run with studs, because he did not feel that it was a safety issue. Also there is no rule that is against running studs, but he said that you can be sure that after this race the rule will exist.

Unfortunetly a few minutes before the gate dropped for the pro class, the clouds rolled in, and it begain to down pour.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 11:59 AM
Everyone knew how critical it was to get the holeshot now.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 12:00 PM
And it was Doug Eichner who came out ahead.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 12:00 PM
We could already tell that this was going to be a muddy race, and hard for the score keepers.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 12:01 PM
The pro am riders where off.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 12:02 PM
And it was Reed Petchnick was rabbed the holeshot for the Pro Am class.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 12:04 PM
Eichner got hung up on a bern and Josh Frederick was able to make the pass around him. Eichner hoped that Frederick would make a mistake, and just tried to ride as close as he could without getting too muddy.

But as you can see it already almost impossible to tell which rider is which.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 12:04 PM
Reed Petchnick was still out front for the Pro Am class.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 12:05 PM
Andrew Lattimar was running in the second place position, and already had his goggles off.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 12:06 PM
And Paul Wilkerson was running in the third place position.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 12:06 PM
There where plenty of riders who where already stopping for goggles on the first lap.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 12:07 PM
Josh Frederick was still running out front, with Doug Eichner running in the second place position.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 12:09 PM
Not quite sure who this rider was, but this just gives you an example of just exactly how muddy it was.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 12:10 PM
Eichner was on the move and determined ot make the move around Frederick. And shortly after this he got his chance when Frederick had to pit dut to a flat tire.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 12:12 PM
Doug Eichner went on to take the win for the Pro Class with Josh Freiderick gabbing the second place position and Timothy Shelman grabbing his first podium of the year.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 12:13 PM
Reed Petchnick grabbed the win for the Pro Am class, with Andrew Lattimar taking the second place position, and Paul Wilkerson rounded out the podium spots.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 12:14 PM
Eichner was happy as he know extends his lead in the pro class by thirty one points, after this win.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 12:15 PM
Josh Frederick who had some major problems in the race, which included a flat tire, and then another flat tire on the last lap. Josh was still happy that he was able to finish in the second place position.

quadchick01
06-06-2006, 12:16 PM
Timothy Shelman was stocked to finally be on the podium, grabbing not only his first podium of the year, but his first podium for the worcs series in the Pro class.

yeah I saw Machado get crossed up and go sideways over the table, MX is a little different in the mud. He was riding great on Saturday though, he was on Eichner's heels the entire race.
