does any body know what the maximim bore is for a 06 trx250ex?!?!?!?!?!?

I wouldn't go any higher than 270cc's. Powroll makes a kit that brings it up to a true 250cc.

what about boring the 2003 suzuki ozark and going w/a prolight piston and higher compression. would that help the bike to be a little faster i know it helped on the race car in the garage.
