i dont know how to make my pics small enough for the avatar, someone please help thnx

open it in paint then go to the top to where it says image then go to stretch/skew. then only use the top two bars with % at the end of them. type in 20 or 30 where 100 is and that makes it alot smaller. 10% will make it very small, 90% only makes it a little smaller. you can use any number between 1 and 100 to make it bigger or smaller. thats all i do for resizing pics and it works well.

Download irfanview at www.irfanview.com it s free and just put in your size you want under image/resize that simple :D

open it in paint, then go to file, save as, and on the bottom of the window that pops up it should say ''save as type'' click on that and select JPEG.
